A global professional services firm is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team in Cologne. This role involves providing logistical and administrative support for client programs, ensuring smooth office operations, and managing materials for client deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ethic, problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and German. This permanent position offers a hybrid work model, where employees work primarily from the office with the possibility of occasional travel.

Language Requirements: Fluency in both English and German is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills (C1/C2 level in both languages).

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Based: The role will be primarily based in our Cologne office. We work a hybrid model with a minimum 60% of time based in the office (3 days for a full time employee). The role may also potentially involve travel to enable involvement with client deliveries.
Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role so you will need to have the right to live and work in Germany. You will also be asked to work from the Cologne office so should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be prepared to move prior to commencing in the
