You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

People
  • Managing developing and coaching employees including employee appraisals
  • Creating the daily staff planning and coordinating employees on the sales floor (zoning)
  • Recording and maintaining team absence reports.
  • Induction of new employees and organization of training courses
  • Implementation of floor management
  • Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
Commercial Performance
  • Responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and alignment of the team with the customer
  • Carrying out the morning briefing and shift handovers
  • Ensure that we regularly surprise our customers e.g. by organizing beauty classes in different areas animating the hub and creating weekend looks
  • Updating the visual merchandising and implementing updates and animations
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
  • Analyzing the key figures for the respective sales categories and deriving sales activities
Operations
  • Carrying out inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods
  • Complete merchandise management from receiving to proper storage booking out returns and tester management
  • Preparing for the opening and closing of the corner
  • Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
  • Deputizing for the Corner Manager in case of absence
  • Additional tasks related to the daily business

  • Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in English and native language of the country
