Your mission
  • You plan, manage, and optimize our paid campaigns (SEA) and work closely with our SEO experts to increase reach and visibility.
  • You keep an eye on the performance of our website: you optimize loading times, usability, and conversion rates.
  • In the CMS (WordPress), you maintain content, develop landing pages, and ensure a consistent brand presence—both nationally and internationally.
  • You will analyze relevant KPIs, prepare reports, and provide valuable decision-making information for marketing management.
  • As the interface between sales, product management, IT, and external partners, you will coordinate online projects and actively contribute ideas.
  • With a keen sense for trends and new technologies, you will bring fresh impetus to our digital marketing strategy.

Your profile
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or business informatics—or comparable training.
  • Several years of experience in online marketing, ideally in an international environment.
  • Confident use of SEM tools (e.g., Google Ads), web analytics (e.g., Matomo, Tag Manager), and CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and in A/B testing.
  • Basic technical understanding (HTML, CSS, tracking) and ideally knowledge of marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Analytical, creative, and team-oriented—you work in a structured manner and openly contribute your ideas.
  • Very good German and English skills (min. C1) round off your profile.
