What You\'ll Do

You believe a thing is worth doing only if it\'s done right? And dependability is your middle name? Then apply to join the Group as an Office Operations Specialist.

With your process-oriented and precise work style, you\'ll support the Office Manager on all office management tasks and a wide range of administrative activities, including special assignments. In addition, you\'ll serve as a competent contact person for current and new employees at the Munich office in regard to administrative and office-related questions. You\'ll onboard new colleagues on their first day in the office, independently support and organize internal events, and act as the all-round contact person for our internal caterer. Finally, you\'ll take on diverse ad-hoc projects and continuously contribute improvement ideas and suggestions for concept development and implementation in your daily work.

Who You\'ll Work With

You’ll join our Munich Office Operations team, whose work with one another is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, trust, and of course, fun! The team\'s various interfaces will give you interesting insights into the work of the other departments. You\'ll report to the responsible Office Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
