Lenovo’s Global Account organization is expanding, and we are looking for a Global Account Inside Sales Specialist to join our high-performing OEM team. This is a strategic sales role focused on managing some of our most critical international accounts across EMEA and worldwide.
You’ll be at the forefront of solution selling, co-creating value with global customers and helping them build OEM-based offerings using Lenovo hardware, services, and software. Success in this role means having deep knowledge of corporate environments, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead long-cycle, high-value sales processes.

Own and manage a portfolio of global OEM customers, ensuring account growth and retention.
Build trusted executive relationships with key stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Develop and execute multi-year global account plans, aligned with the customer’s strategic goals.
Lead end-to-end solution sales— from discovery to design, pricing, negotiation, and delivery.
Collaborate across Lenovo’s global teams to coordinate resources and ensure consistent account coverage.
Proactively identify and propose OEM-based solutions, tailored to customer verticals healthcare, industrial, retail.
Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reports using Lenovo’s internal tools.
Act as a strategic advisor, supporting innovation and long-term partnerships with enterprise-level clients.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large enterprise or global accounts in the IT industry.
Proven track record in complex B2B / OEM solution selling.
Fluent in English and French; German is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of OEM go-to-market strategies, ecosystems, and sales cycles.
Ability to navigate corporate environments, influence decision-makers, and drive stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrated experience with international sales, including EMEA and/or global coordination.
A consultative, value-driven approach—able to listen, understand, and tailor solutions per industry.
