What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the O2C process: invoicing, cash application, collections and dispute resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Customer Support).
