Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in a telecom environment, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work in a shift-based role to ensure 24/7 operational support.
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to manage and resolve technical tickets.
  • Diagnose network and system faults, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders

Skills/Must have:

  • Telecom industry experience (Nokia preferred, but other vendors are acceptable).
  • Strong support background, comfortable working directly on tickets and customer engineering.
  • Networking - CCNA, JNCIA, NRS1
  • Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused

Salary:

  • €4,000 - €5,000 per month
