Role

Aerospace is seeking an innovative, experienced leader to transform the practice of mission assurance and enterprise integration across the company. We are looking for a Mission Assurance and Enterprise Integration Expert (MTS Casual III- Engineering Program Management and Systems Engineering). In this role, you will be an active part of shaping the future of Aerospace through the development and oversight of CSG strategies, CSG reviews, forums, and technologies to enable the sharing of wisdom throughout the company.

This is a part-time casual (less than 999 hours a year) remote position

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Experienced and expert in research and other special assignments related to business/program development and makes expert recommendations based on findings.
  • Offers expert advice on maintaining liaison with other FFRDCs and government contractors and fosters excellent working relationships with internal/external customers.
  • Advises management of international and domestic business establishment and implementation of contractual terms and strategies. Offers expert advice by identifying weaknesses in organization and recommends changes to mitigate risks.
  • Expert advice to the development of new customers and new programs to broaden business base of corporation.
  • Offers expert advice and contributes to the strategic planning for CSG business development.
  • Expert advice with interpreting CSG and procedures. Develops strategies, schedules, and performance standards.
What You Need to be Successful

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or advanced degree in engineering, science, or another related STEM discipline
  • 25 or more years of increasingly responsible professional experience, including experience in a system engineering and/or program management environment
  • Ability to work in a quick-paced, small core team that leads technical discussions across a large technical community and influences teams across the NASA enterprise
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
  • Excellent teaming and leadership skills with an ability to multi-task across various issues/disciplines simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, including development and briefing of decision packages and complex information in a succinct and polished manner

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The pay range for this job is $90.00 - $100.00 per hour.
