Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the implementation, support and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central and the middleware solutions.
• You will develop and maintain interfaces to third-party and POS systems and support the integration of external systems.
• You will analyze, design and optimize business processes in the ERP environment in order to sustainably increase efficiency.
• You are the first point of contact for the specialist departments, carry out error analyses, provide support with user requirements and lead key user training and courses.
• You will be actively involved in projects relating to Power BI, Power Automate, EDI and other automation solutions.
• You will support the IT team with client / server administration in the Microsoft 365 environment and create technical and procedural documentation.

Your profile

• You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally from the retail environment.
• You have very good knowledge of SQL and data analysis as well as in dealing with Power BI and ideally Power Automate.
• You are familiar with the support of interfaces, especially between ERP and POS systems (e.g. LS Central).
• You have a deep understanding of ERP processes, their analysis and optimization.
• You are a strong communicator, a team player and willing to take on responsibility for complex projects. You are also fluent in written and spoken German and English.
