The business is a Private Equity–backed, fast-growing professional services organisation pursuing an active buy-and-build acquisition strategy across Germany and select European markets. Acquisitions are a core pillar of the group’s growth and value-creation agenda.

We are seeking an M&A professional to support ownership of the M&A lifecycle, from target identification and origination through to transaction execution, closing and handover into integration. This is a highly confidential and visible role, working closely with senior executives, shareholders and external advisors, with significant autonomy and accountability for deal delivery.
