Zusammenfassung

A global healthcare company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist (m/w/d) skilled in both English and Dutch to handle inquiries related to their products. This fully remote role involves responding to and documenting Medical Information requests, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences and excellent communication skills while being detail-oriented and proactive in their work.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or higher is required.
  • Must speak, read and write Dutch fluently, in addition to English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes diligently.

Responsible for delivering Medical Information services to customers, patients, and/or healthcare professionals, in order to respond to enquiries providing drug/medical device product information.

Location: fully remote (homeoffice).

Medical Information Specialist (m/w/d) – English+Dutch
Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally, effectively, and accurately responds to technical and Medical Information enquiries, received in a variety of formats, in reference to specific client products and/or therapy areas.
  • Accurately identify, document, and triage Medical Information enquiries, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
  • Comply with organisational, Client and regulatory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
  • Analyse questions, research and formulate responses to enquiries to provide timely, accurate and concise response using client-approved resources in both written and verbal format.
  • Record all enquiries and responses, accurately collecting information required by individual programs and correctly capturing in organisational and/or Client systems.
  • Effectively support Medical Information, Adverse Event and product Quality Complaint follow-up, retrieval, and outcome management processes.
  • Maintain excellent quality and productivity standards for all client programs.
  • Display flexibility within department to maximize utilization, including support for others in team.g., buddy support/training, performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties, as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of team to help build and maintain a supportive and caring team culture.
Job Holder Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, or higher
  • Requirement to speak, read and write Dutch fluently (additional to English), native language capabilities preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
