  • Lead the content portion of project kickoff calls with customers; explaining the content creation process and extracting all required information and context from the customer such as engineering requirements, terminology, positioning, etc.
  • Select writers or be the lead writer based on domain expertise, performance, and campaign continuity.
  • Ensure the on-time and correctness of content outlines, either delegating to writers or preparing the outline oneself.
  • Perform technical and editorial QA on outlines and drafts, correcting inaccuracies and improving clarity, logic, and flow, or when needed returning work to writers for improvements.
  • Direct revision cycles with precise, actionable feedback until high-quality, customer-ready content is achieved.
  • Approve final content internally before handoff to the Project Manager for customer delivery via Customer Success team.
  • Work in lockstep with the Project Manager, who manages timelines and workflows of all aspects of campaigns including social media and ads. Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on customer communication and success metrics.
  • Where needed provide input to social media managers and media operations to enable them to perform their part of customer campaigns.
  • Work in collaboration with the media operations team to source and hire new writers and ensure the existing writer pool can meet future customer content needs. This includes liaising with sales to be aware of future requirements.
  • Be involved with writer cost-management; from determining fees, assigning writers within budget, and balancing writer‑budget for complex campaigns.
  • Coach and lead the writer pool with regards to guidelines, processes, and the usage of Siemens approved AI tools for crafting and review of created content.
