Mechanical Engineer - Germany, Berlin - 6-8 Weeks Contract

Having developed a strong reputation in the Data Centre industry and already delivering projects for many of the well-known and established data centre owner and operators this is your opportunity to play a major part in the delivery of one of their projects in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

• Support the commissioning phase with a strong focus on mechanical and building services systems
• Review and verify commissioning documentation, test packs, and as-built records
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimising HVAC, cooling, and other mechanical systems
• Liaise with project, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth handover
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and client requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer on data centre or mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical services in a Cx environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning plans
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous European project experience preferred
