In Germany, our Mass Account Management (MAM) team supports thousands of restaurant partners across the country. We’re now looking for a Mass Account Management Associate to join us and help improve the operational success of these partners at scale.
As a Mass Account Management Associate, you will play a key role in improving the operational success of our restaurant partners at scale. You’ll be part of a team responsible for ensuring thousands of merchants remain active, available, and engaged with Wolt’s commercial tools. Using data, structure, and scalable communication, you will help partners improve their performance, adopt new features like Promotions and Ads, and contribute to Wolt’s growth — all while maintaining clean and reliable portfolio data.
