NCE > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Operations Logistics Offshore

You will be part of the Operation Logistics Offshore department, a specialist team dealing with aviation, ports, crew transfer, accommodation and walk-to-work vessels in Northern and Central Europe. The department is optimizing, analyzing and controlling the vessel logistics throughout the customer process and are working across several teams and departments to support vessel-related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Establish KPIs and continue development of vessel Daily Progress Reports tracking performance
  • Support the ongoing Vestas vessel operations
  • Operational alignment of vessels starting on new projects
  • Guide Sales, Construction and Service functions in vessel related service assignments and liaise with internal and external service and project staff
  • Support during BIMCO contract negotiations and tenders for service vessels
  • Evaluation of ports and overall logistical concepts
  • Manage reduction of emissions on the chartered fleet of Crew Transfer vessels and Service Operation Vessel with vessel owners and internal stakeholders
Qualifications

We think that you have the below listed experience for this role:

  • Engineering (mechanical/civil/marine) or nautical degree
  • Experience within offshore wind or maritime industry preferred
  • Good project management skills
  • A contractual and commercial understanding and experience in validating new products and concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of vessel designs, vessel-related inspection, vessel safety standards and marine operations
  • Experienced in data management, primarily Power BI and Excel
  • Proficient English skills, verbal and written

Additional information

Primary work location is Hamburg, Germany or Aarhus, Denmark. This position might require up to 40 days of travelling per year, mainly in Europe.
