In the course of succession at the earliest possible date we are now looking for a driven and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager (m / f / d) to lead our Entertainment Systems Team (B2B) in the ProAudio division at our headquarters in Rellingen. Manager (m / f / d) Sales & Marketing Entertainment Systems, Pro Audio Division

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow Yamaha’s presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe. You will lead a motivated team, drive regional business development, and ensure alignment with Yamaha’s global strategy.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha’s Entertainment ProAudio portfolio (digital mixing consoles, processors, switches, amps, speakers, etc.)
  • Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE, and Export countries)
  • Be an active part of the European Leadership Team and collaborate across regions, departments and externally with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companies
  • Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in cooperation with the European marketing team
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Represent Yamaha at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, service, and international sales and marketing teams

  • has strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications

  • has fluent German and English language skills
