What you can expect
  • Develop, implement, and optimise customer loyalty strategies to increase customer loyalty and maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Create and maintain loyalty programmes such as bonus points, discounts, or exclusive benefits, especially via digital frontend channels like the app.
  • Define relevant KPIs such as customer retention or the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Design business requirements in programme management and coordinate them with the responsible Product Owner.
  • Plan and execute initiatives and campaigns within the loyalty programme.
  • Analyse customer data, purchasing behaviour, and segment target groups to derive measures that improve customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, product management, and the Product Owner, and manage external partners.
  • Report and optimise by regularly evaluating programme performance and implementing continuous improvements based on customer feedback and data.
What makes you stand out
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics, communication sciences, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in loyalty programmes, CRM, lifecycle and digital marketing, as well as project management in B2C or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with campaign management, segmentation, personalisation and communication via digital channels, data analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban, design thinking and user‑centred product development, and UX/UI basics for optimizing digital touchpoints.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, strategic thinking, conceptual strength, and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Customer‑orientation and analytical thinking skills.
  • Business‑fluent German and fluent English, especially for international projects and communication with partners.
