Your role

• Identify and tailor investment strategies for clients through in-depth analysis
• Manage and support the development of junior investment bankers
• Identify problems and recommend logical and realistic solutions
• Execute M&A and ECM transactions efficiently within Germany and internationally
• Work closely with colleagues across the bank in other countries and industries across all key products of M&A, ECM, Leveraged Finance, and DCM

You’ll be working in the German Country Coverage team in Frankfurt focusing on M&A transactions. We are a growing and successful team.

Your expertise

• A university degree
• Experience (5-8 years) in investment banking (M&A, ECM), strategic consultancy, private equity, or similar financial services
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
• Strong project management and execution track record
• Experience working in an international framework
