Job Title: Mental Health Professional (m / f / d)

Are you an excellent communicator who enjoys helping others? Are you seeking to develop your career and take on greater responsibilities in an exciting, growing environment? We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees, inviting them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, team-building activities, in line with departmental goals.
5. Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to enhance employee wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress through data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology; Therapeutic Counseling; Psychotherapy; or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience with clients facing mental health issues.
• Licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist (BPD) or EuroPsy certification.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Outstanding communication skills with empathy and listening abilities.
• Experience with conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany.
