Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Summary

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatment to clients managing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Alongside direct care, you will offer supervision and guidance to clinicians supporting recovery-focused treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy focused on substance use recovery
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and risk assessments
  • Create and monitor structured treatment plans
  • Supervise associate clinicians and review case notes
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up care as needed
