Overview

Legal Advisor (m/f/d) - Renewable Energies | Berlin/Neubrandenburg (Hybrid). My client is an international, medium-sized family business with strong roots in the renewable energy sector. With a focus on regional energy transition, they specialize in the planning, development, and operational management of photovoltaic and wind energy projects across Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. To support their continued growth, they are currently seeking a Legal Advisor (m/f/d) to join their team and provide strategic legal guidance across a range of energy-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and internal departments on civil, commercial, corporate, and renewable energy law.
• Draft, negotiate, and coordinate contracts, including land use agreements, purchase contracts, and project development cooperation.
• Conduct internal training sessions on legal topics.
• Ensure legal advice is aligned with business objectives and project goals.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with experience in civil, commercial, and ideally corporate law.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Strong contract drafting skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
