Job Title: Legal Counsel Commercial & Labour Law (f / m / d)

Job Location : Dsseldorf Germany

Main Responsibilities

• Support the HR Department and management on individual labor law matters.
• Draft official documents and policies for the company and its business units.
• Oversee and eventually lead compliance management ensuring adherence to law.
• Handle complex legal issues across various business areas esp. procurement.
• Provide comprehensive legal support and consultancy to other departments.
• Manage claims and disputes while proactively overseeing the quality and cost of external legal counsel.

Requirements

• Qualified German lawyer with two state exams and first experience in a law firm or legal department with an affinity on labor law data protection and compliance in Germany.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English for both written and oral negotiations
• Experience or interest in reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
