You will work closely with the Head of Product to understand user needs and define the design language in Figma. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in designing digital products, strong visual design skills, and fluency in both German and English. Your mission

Take full lead of our design system and product UI as we prepare for a major launch.

You will:

• Work closely with our Head of Product to understand our users, vision, and product goals.
• Redefine our design system in Figma, creating a unified and scalable design language.
• Design core product interfaces and user flows with a high level of craft and autonomy.

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (mobile and web).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, paired with great taste and a thoughtful approach.
• Proficiency in Figma and with component-based design system.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
• Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).

Bonus points for:

• Experience in healthcare or designing for complex, sensitive user journeys
• Experience designing analytics dashboards or interfaces that involve AI and data-driven interactions
