A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Lead, Partner Marketing for the Americas region. This role will own the partner marketing strategy and lead the AMER channel marketing team to drive partner engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in partner marketing, including team management and Market Development Funds expertise. This position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working environment.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead, Partner Marketing – AMER to own the partner marketing strategy for the Americas region. This role leads the AMER channel marketing team, guiding them in executing programs that drive partner engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in partner marketing, including Market Development Funds (MDF) management, and excels at translating business goals into actionable partner programs.
The Zoom Channel Marketing team is a six-member group dedicated to empowering our partners and accelerating growth across the Americas. Working hand‑in‑hand with the AMER Channel Sales organization, they design and execute programs that drive partner engagement, build pipeline, and strengthen Zoom’s presence in the channel ecosystem. The team collaborates closely with Zoom’s strategic partners developing joint marketing initiatives, supporting co‑selling motions, and ensuring our partners have the tools, resources and support they need to succeed. Together, our team is committed to creating impactful partner experiences, amplifying Zoom’s value in the market, and fueling mutual success across our entire channel community.
Minimum:
$97,600.00
Maximum:
$225,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location‑based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
