What you can expect

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead, Partner Marketing – AMER to own the partner marketing strategy for the Americas region. This role leads the AMER channel marketing team, guiding them in executing programs that drive partner engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in partner marketing, including Market Development Funds (MDF) management, and excels at translating business goals into actionable partner programs.

About the Team

The Zoom Channel Marketing team is a six-member group dedicated to empowering our partners and accelerating growth across the Americas. Working hand‑in‑hand with the AMER Channel Sales organization, they design and execute programs that drive partner engagement, build pipeline, and strengthen Zoom’s presence in the channel ecosystem. The team collaborates closely with Zoom’s strategic partners developing joint marketing initiatives, supporting co‑selling motions, and ensuring our partners have the tools, resources and support they need to succeed. Together, our team is committed to creating impactful partner experiences, amplifying Zoom’s value in the market, and fueling mutual success across our entire channel community.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring the AMER Channel Marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for partner programs.
  • Developing and owning the partner marketing strategy for the AMER region, aligning with company objectives and channel sales priorities.
  • Working closely with the AMER channel sales team to identify partner opportunities, ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, and maximize joint impact.
  • Overseeing Market Development Fund (MDF) planning, allocation, and optimisation, ensuring funds are used effectively to drive partner performance.
  • Setting the vision for partner engagement programs, campaign execution, and co‑marketing activities, while delegating execution to the team.
  • Measuring and reporting on program performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Building relationships with key AMER partners, ensuring marketing programs meet partner needs and drive mutual growth.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and channel marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive measurable impact.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience managing Market Development Funds (MDF).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, mentor direct reports, and foster high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to work across sales, marketing and partner organisations.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide strategy and decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location‑based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
