We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic Lead - Learning & Development to help cultivate an engaging, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture as we grow.
As the Lead of Learning & Development at Flatpay, you will elevate leadership capability across our sales driven organization. You influence across departments by aligning a community of training managers, setting clear standards, and turning insights into pragmatic, business‑first improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach two People Partners, setting clear standards and routines for delivery
- Act as a senior people partner to heads and regional managers, advising on sensitive topics and leadership challenges
- Design the leadership development framework, including curricula, workshops, and onboarding for leaders
- Facilitate high‑impact trainings and workshops; iterate content based on feedback and outcomes
- Coordinate a dotted‑line community of training managers across departments to align standards and uplift functional training quality
- Establish measurement for training effectiveness and leadership capability growth; report insights and recommendations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify gaps, set priorities, and drive improvements in leadership practices
- Build and maintain a scalable platform and processes for leadership enablement
Who you are
- Proven experience in Learning & Development with a strong focus on leadership development
- Prior team lead or formal coaching experience and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Skilled facilitator who can design programs end‑to‑end and deliver engaging workshops
- Strong stakeholder management across departments; able to influence without direct line authority
- Pragmatic, business‑oriented approach with the ability to tailor leadership practices to a sales‑driven environment
- Excellent German skills; able to operate in fast‑moving, high‑expectation contexts
- Nice to have: prior exposure to people partnering, enablement platforms, and training effectiveness analytics
