We are a looking to recruit for our client, a Leading consulting and IT services and forward-thinking company at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technologies into practical, real-world applications, a Lead Consultant AI to join our customers' Team.

As a Lead Consultant, you will focus on optimizing our customer clients' core processes and getting the best out of their business and current technologies. You will be at the forefront of driving AI strategies that support and drive the final clients' business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic consulting: Advise clients on the development and implementation of AI strategies that support and drive their business goals.
• Project management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis, modelling, and implementation to the presentation of results.
• Innovative solutions: Identify new applications of data science and artificial intelligence for our customers.
• Customer relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with our customers and act as a central point of contact for all data-related issues.
• Knowledge transfer: Promote knowledge transfer within the team and support the personal and professional development of team members.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that all data analyses and models meet the highest quality standards and are carried out in accordance with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the data science or AI context, ideally in consulting, with proven success in leading projects and teams.
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data and derive actionable recommendations. Sound knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning and data visualization as well as in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and AI architecture.
• Project management: Experience in managing and executing projects while adhering to schedules and budgets.
• Strong communication skills: Full professional German proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex issues understandably and to make presentations to executives and customers.
• Ability to work in a team: Strong leadership and teamwork skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment.
• Customer focus: High service orientation and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• German B2: Professional working proficiency.
• English B2: Professional working proficiency.
