Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly collaborative and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our Supply Chain Planning team, focusing on Kinaxis RapidResponse deployments. This role will be instrumental in leading the Training workstream, supporting Fit to Template workshops, and guiding both internal teams and clients through successful implementations.

What you’ll do

Training & Enablement

• Lead the Training workstream for Kinaxis deployments across client engagements.
• Develop comprehensive training documentation tailored to Key Users and End Users.
• Conduct and facilitate Key User and End User training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
• Drive Fit to Template workshops, aligning client processes with Kinaxis best practices.
• Act as a mentor and guide to both client and internal teams in executing the training strategy.

Functional expertise in Supply Chan Planning

• Provide functional leadership in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and S&OP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Kinaxis solutions with business objectives.
• Support solution design and configuration based on client-specific supply chain processes.
• Participate in design sessions and provide input on functional requirements and process improvements.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Kinaxis solutions.
• Support UAT and Hypercare phases, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
• Follow Agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, authoring notes, and best practices.

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or IT functional roles.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Proven experience in leading training initiatives and workshops.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Kinaxis Solution Consultant certification or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of supply chain KPIs and planning processes.
• Experience in guiding clients through change management and system adoption.
• Strong analytical and data handling skills.
