Responsibilities

• The role holder demonstrates competence in repairs, replacements, and recalibrations on “Standard jobs” without supervision
• Consistently delivers all operational responsibilities to contribute to team goals
• May be allocated “Complex” jobs if accompanied by Expert, Lead, Supervisor, or Team Leader
• May learn and perform flat glass cutting as needed
• Carries out core customer service activities, communicating effectively by understanding and responding to customer needs to deliver great service
• Finds appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS)
• Understands company policies and procedures and complies with them
• Understands and works towards branch and personal KPIs
• May mentor and support other team members
