Your tasks
- Sales & Market Launch Responsibility for the distribution of existing products in the field of immunology. MS, orthopaedics. Launch of new biosimilar antibodies in close coordination with the teams / regions. Implementation of marketing and sales strategies in all indication areas.
- Target achievement & performance monitoring Achievement of quantitative targets (sales, market share, contact frequency), ensuring qualitative targets through monitoring and reporting
- Customer care & visits ä activity Independent support of defined target customers in private practice, outpatient and inpatient areas, efficient visit planning and number-based management,
- Cooperation with area managers Active cooperation with the respective territory owners in the event of vacancies in duplicate territories or potential support requirements
- Omnichannel sales Use of digital and analog channels to increase reach, integration of modern means of communication into the sales strategy
- Network maintenance & stakeholder management Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, working with Medical Liaison Managers, Healthcare Managers and the hospital team
- Analytics & strategy development Conducting territory and competitive analyses, using tools for customer segmentation and potential analysis, creating individual customer action plans
- Further training & project work Participation in training courses and conferences for professional development, involvement in changing sales projects
- Events & congresses Organization of regional events, participation in relevant specialist congresses
- Documentation & administration Maintenance of customer master data, careful documentation as part of the reporting system
Your profile
- Pharmaceutical consultant or pharmaceutical officer or completed university degree in pharmacy,
- Medicine or natural sciences - requirements according to AMG 75 must be fulfilled
- Fluent written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
- Broad product knowledge across several indications
