Why This Role Matters:

Fleet business is a very specialized segment that requires excellent knowledge about market development/competition and business models. i.e. leasing, car management, company owned and various mixes of these models. The key account managers have to ensure the balance of interests between Goodyear, the dealers, GRS and the customer. All parties have requirements that need to be met. A complex challenge like squaring the circle.

What You’ll Do
  • Sell tyre and car services to fleet customers.
  • Direct, lead and manage sales activities for defined customer groups to achieve AOP targets. Manage and develop dealer network for defined key accounts
  • Ensure profitable and growing business (products / services)
  • Responsible for pricing and customer‑ebit capturing the entire value chain.
  • Develop and take responsibility for sales concepts
  • Coordination, management and tracking of all activities, actions and contacts regarding key accounts.
