A global leader in cable solutions is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in Germany. This role focuses on expanding relationships in the DIY and electrical installation sectors as well as data centers. Key responsibilities include developing client partnerships, preparing offers, and leading negotiations. The ideal candidate has experience in the cable industry, strong communication skills, and is fluent in German and English. A proactive, customer-first approach is essential, along with a willingness to travel within Germany.
Reporting to the CEE Regional Sales Director for the Electrification area, the Sales Manager is a strategic and hands‑on commercial role responsible for driving Prysmian Group’s growth across the DIY, Electrical Installations, Data Center, and Wholesale segments in Germany. This position plays a key part in executing our go‑to‑market strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. The candidate will be working from any site in Prysmian Group's facilities/offices in Germany.
