Role description
  • Manages partners after contract signing (cooperation contracts)
  • High‑touch activation role: daily or weekly communication with installers
  • Expands account usage from 12 users to full organizational adoption
  • Travels to clients 12 per month across Germany
  • Focus on installers (solar heat pumps renewables)
  • Proactively hunts within existing accounts drives usage & revenue
  • Must balance onboarding training on‑site visits, activation, and farming
  • Works with both Tier 1 (large) installers and long‑tail electricians
