Our Global Sales department is structured into two Business Units: APAC & MEA as well as Europe & Americas. Within this setup, the Eastern Europe team is a dynamic international group of 7 colleagues, consisting of a Director, one Head of, Sales & Alliance Managers and Sales Support Coordinators. Together, the team drives sustainable commercial growth across key markets and collaborates closely with regional distributors and internal stakeholders worldwide. Support senior sales management in the development, implementation and steering of country-specific strategies for both acquisitions and existing business.
Plan, manage and control success-relevant commercial activities in close collaboration with senior sales management, gradually taking full ownership of planning, execution and performance management.
Drive the strategic and sustainable integration of acquisitions into the regional distribution and sales structure. Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and long-term success.
Independently prepare detailed market and competitive analyses and translate insights into clear recommendations for action to support strategic decision-making.
Degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences or a comparable field.
Structured, independent and results-driven way of thinking and working with a strong sense of ownership.
High level of intercultural competence with experience working with international teams and diverse stakeholders.
Very good command of German and English (fluent written and spoken); additional language skills are a strong advantage.
Enthusiastic, resilient and persuasive personality with the ability to convince and engage others.
