Job summary

Montblanc is seeking a Junior Merchandiser Planning to join our Hamburg headquarters. You will support daily merchandising tasks, prepare reports, and assist seasonal planning from assortment to stock quantification.

You will oversee one main system (Anplan or Looker) as the key user and participate in training HQ and regional teams. A numerical degree and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a numerical oriented subject or related field.
• Reliable, solution‑oriented team player with international experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the merchandise management in day-to-day activities and reporting.
• Assist planning of each season from assortment to sales and stock quantification.
• Oversee and coordinate one main system (Anplan or Looker) as key user.
• Contribute to new developments and enhancements.
• Deliver training to HQ and Regions on Merchandising processes.
• Coordinate Merchandising activities for Wholesale or E-commerce channels.

Support the merchandise management

• You support the team in day to day activities such as preparing reports and analysing the data using our various systems
• You support the team in the planning of each season from assortment to quantification of sales and stock requirement
• You will oversee and co-ordinate one of our main systems, either Anplan or Looker & become the key user
• Support new developments and enhancements
• Deliver training to HQ and Regional Merchandising
• You will oversee and co-ordinate Merchandising activities for either the Wholesale or E-commerce channel
• You will work closely with the Channel team in HQ and the Regions to ensure full alignment

• You have a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent degree) in a numerical oriented subject
• You are a reliable, solution-and goal-oriented team player who likes to work in an international business environment
• Excellent attention to detail, logical thinker and curious about the wider business
• Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel and Power Point
• You have excellent written and communication skills in English
