Montblanc in Hamburg seeks a Supply Chain Manager Europe to steer end-to-end planning for European retail and wholesale markets. You will drive launches, optimize stock levels and define success through data-driven insights with merchandising, regional teams, and HQ.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain, a university degree, and fluency in English. You will work from our Hamburg HQ on a full-time basis, with a focus on strategic alignment and regional collaboration.

Competenze

This role requires a university degree with a focus on business or supply chain.
3–5 years of professional supply chain experience, preferably in luxury.
Ability to connect product strategy with quantitative, business-oriented analysis.
Detail-oriented, structured, organized and process-driven.
Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Intermediate to advanced skills in data warehouse systems and planning tools; MS Office and GCP Looker preferred.

Mansioni

Steer end-to-end forecasting, demand planning, and sales planning for European markets (retail and wholesale).
Coordinate with regional teams and HQ for monthly and annual planning cycles.
Act as the first supply chain contact for regional merchandising, aligning with strategy.
Drive novelty allocation by channel and store and track launch performance.
Plan model stock requirements in alignment with forecast and market depth needs.
Collaborate with European regional markets in regular meetings and be the SC contact for retail and wholesale.
Support rollout of Anaplan for Market-to-Pos flows and liaise with HQ.
Define and track KPIs; ensure reporting accuracy and create reports in Looker.

Indulge your passion

Steer the end-to-end forecasting, demand planning, and sales planning processes for European markets (retail and wholesale channels), ensuring alignment with regional European and central HQ teams for monthly and annual planning cycles
Act as first supply chain contact for regional merchandising team, connecting merchandising with supply chain strategy.
Drive novelty allocation by channel and store in alignment with merchandising priorities. Follow up on launches and track performance.
Plan model stock requirements in alignment with forecast, interact with markets on depth requirements of the assortment.
Collaborate with local markets with European region in regular meetings and act as contact person on supply chain topics for retail and wholesale community.
Support in the roll out of Anaplan for Market to POS flow and act as contact person for HQ team.
Define and track key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), aligning with regional functions, HQ, and regional teams, ensuring accuracy in reporting and creating reports in GCP Looker.

You’ll have

a University degree with a focus on business or supply chain
relevant professional experience of 3-5 years in a supply chain role, preferably in luxury environment
the ability to connect the company’s product strategy with quantitative
analysis in a business-oriented way
the capability to work in a detail-oriented, structured, organized and
process- oriented way
a strong ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams
intermediate to advanced skills in data warehouse systems and planning
tools as well as advanced skills in MS office, ideally including GCP Looker
