Richemont Iberia SL in Hamburg seeks a Retail Controller (m/f/d) to act as a trusted business partner for all retail controlling topics, steer investment processes for boutiques, and provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO.

You will drive quarterly performance reviews, shape financial planning, lead data collection for Latest Estimate and Budget processes, and serve as a SAP BW/BPS expert, delivering state‑of‑the‑art reporting for the Montblanc global retail network.

Qualifikationen

• Above-average Bachelor's and Master's degree.
• Luxury industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.

• by acting as a trusted business partner for all retail-related controlling topics across the organization
• by steering the investment process for retail and wholesale boutiques, evaluating business plans, and providing strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO
• by driving financial excellence, consolidating periodic reporting, and delivering benchmark analyses across our global retail network to evaluate boutique performance and profitability
• by leading quarterly performance reviews and presenting high-impact financial insights directly to the Executive Committee
• by shaping financial planning, taking charge of data collection and in-depth analysis for Latest Estimate and Budget processes
• by serving as a Key User in SAP BW and BPS/BCS (SEM), optimizing query designs and contributing to state-of-the-art reporting systems

You’ll have

• an above-average Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
• previous experience in the luxury industry (a plus).
• proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint) and solid experience with SAP BW.
• strong analytical capabilities and a structured, result-orientated mindset.
• a collaborative team spirit with the ability to work independently.
• excellent communication skills in German as well as bilingual fluency in English
