Job summary

Richemont in Hamburg is seeking a Junior Merchandiser Planning (m/f/d) for a full-time role at our Headquarters starting 1 October 2026. You will support merchandise management, prepare reports, and analyse data across systems.

You will plan each season from assortment to stock, and become the key user for Anplan or Looker. You will train HQ and Regional Merchandising teams, manage merchandising activities for Wholesale or E-commerce, and collaborate with the Channel teams to ensure alignment in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a numerical oriented subject.
• Reliable, solution- and goal-oriented team player in an international environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, logical thinker, curious about the wider business.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the merchandise management in day-to-day activities.
• Prepare reports and analyse data using various systems.
• Plan each season from assortment to sales and stock planning.
• Oversee one of the main systems (Anplan or Looker) as the key user.
• Deliver training to HQ and Regional Merchandising teams.

Support the merchandise management

• You support the team in day to day activities such as preparing reports and analysing the data using our various systems
• You support the team in the planning of each season from assortment to quantification of sales and stock requirement
• You will oversee and co-ordinate one of our main systems, either Anplan or Looker & become the key user
• Support new developments and enhancements
• Deliver training to HQ and Regional Merchandising
• You will oversee and co-ordinate Merchandising activities for either the Wholesale or E-commerce channel
• You will work closely with the Channel team in HQ and the Regions to ensure full alignment

You’ll have…

• You have a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent degree) in a numerical oriented subject
• You are a reliable, solution-and goal-oriented team player who likes to work in an international business environment
• Excellent attention to detail, logical thinker and curious about the wider business
• Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel and Power Point
• You have excellent written and communication skills in English
