Zusammenfassung

Montblanc in Hamburg is seeking an Ambassador Client Relations Centre (m/f/d) to be the central contact for CRC customers. This full-time role starts 1 October 2026 at our Hamburg headquarters and offers an international, luxury-focused environment.

You will advise clients on online Boutique orders and after-sales matters, communicate in French and English (German or Spanish a plus), handle inquiries by phone, email or chat, and represent the Montblanc brand with a premium service attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university studies or retail training or comparable education.
• Fluent in Spanish; German and English mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in high-quality customer service, call center, or hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on online Boutique orders and after-sales topics.
• Liaise with clients by phone, e-mail and chat in multiple languages.
• Strengthen customer interest and convert it into phone orders.
• Generate additional sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Enter orders, offers, returns, cancellations and refunds accurately.
• Support customers by phone for online orders and repair status inquiries.
• Handle complaints via phone, email or chat and monitor delivery times.
• Collaborate with distribution for availability and delivery dates.
• Validate online orders to ensure reliable fraud prevention.

• in advising clients in Europe on Sales done through our Online Boutique and on After Sales topics
• in liaising with clients by phone, e-mail and Chat in the respective languages: French and English is a must; two other languages (Italian, Spanish or German) would be a plus
• in recognizing and strengthening customers’ interest in purchasing, converting their interest into phone orders
• in generating additional sales and increasing the average basket by cross-selling, up-selling, etc.
• in accurately entering phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations and refunds etc. in the internal systems
• in supporting customers by phone entering online orders
• in independently handling customer requests for repair status, price, facilities and technical explanations
• in handling complaints via phone, email or chat
• in monitoring delivery times and collaborating with the distribution centre in terms of availability and delivery dates
• in checking creditworthiness of online customers and manually validating all online orders to ensure reliable fraud prevention

You’ll have

• completed university studies, training in retail or a comparable education
• excellent knowledge of Spanish, with German and English being mandatory in any case
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• professional experience in high-quality customer service, a call center, or hospitality, ideally with phone sales experience
• sales experience or contact with customers in retail
• a positive attitude, a pleasant voice, and the ability to speak in a manner appropriate for luxury goods customers
• a strong customer orientation
• basic knowledge of MS Office, with SAP knowledge being a plus
• the passion and dedication to represent Montblanc as a brand Ambassador
• flexibility and strong resilience in stressful situations
• the willingness to work occasionally on Saturdays and holidays
