Job summary

Montblanc International GmbH in Hamburg is seeking a Junior Merchandiser Planning (m/f/d) to support merchandise management and data-driven decisions. You will assist seasonal planning from assortment to stock quantification and oversee one core system as key user.

With a Bachelor’s in a numerically oriented field and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, you will collaborate with HQ and regional teams in an international environment to optimize merchandising across Wholesale or E-commerce, starting

Junior Merchandiser Planning (m/f/d)

A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st October 2026.

• Support the merchandise management
• You support the team in day to day activities such as preparing reports and analysing the data using our various systems
• You support the team in the planning of each season from assortment to quantification of sales and stock requirement
• You will oversee and co-ordinate one of our main systems, either Anplan or Looker & become the key user
• Support new developments and enhancements
• Deliver training to HQ and Regional Merchandising
• You will oversee and co-ordinate Merchandising activities for either the Wholesale or E-commerce channel
• You will work closely with the Channel team in HQ and the Regions to ensure full alignment
• You’ll have

• You have a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent degree) in a numerical oriented subject
• You are a reliable, solution-and goal-oriented team player who likes to work in an international business environment
• Excellent attention to detail, logical thinker and curious about the wider business
• Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel and Power Point
• You have excellent written and communication skills in English
