YOUR MISSION: Strategic Governance & Growth

As a core member of our legal team, you will act as a business partner across several key areas:

• Corporate & Commercial Law: Provide ongoing legal advisory on commercial matters and complex economic challenges.
• Transaction Management: Assist in the execution of major transactions, group-wide projects, and structural corporate changes.
• Corporate Housekeeping: Ensure the integrity of our corporate structures by managing legal registers (transparency, commercial, etc.).
• Executive Support: Coordinate board and committee meetings, draft formal minutes, and prepare decision‑making templates for senior management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic Excellence: You are a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist:in) with strong academic credentials.
• Business Acumen: You possess a deep understanding of economic relationships and complex factual scenarios.

• Languages: Native‑level German and fluent English are required. Knowledge of French is a distinct advantage.
