Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and creative leads to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Create compelling visual content including branding assets, marketing materials, social media graphics and website elements.
• Assist in the development of layouts and designs for print materials like brochures, posters and packaging.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while incorporating creative innovation.
• Prepare design files for print and digital production ensuring high‑quality output.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in Graphic Design roles as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
• Must have a Degree in Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Motion design skills are a plus.
• Desire to work with a fast prototyping approach learning from user behaviour to then iterate and improve.
• Team player with strong communication, presentation skills and ability to incorporate feedback and give direction well.
• Fluent in English is a must; another European language is a plus.
