As part of our Culinary Team, you develop and optimize dishes that are perfectly tailored for preparation by our cooking robots. Standardized, reproducible, and full of flavor. In doing so, you actively contribute to evolving our international, modern, and healthy food portfolio, ensuring that our robots continue to delight every day – with recipes that not only taste great but are also truly “robot-ready.”

These are the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Development of complete recipes for our cooking robots – from initial ideas through rapid test runs, tastings, and scaling, all the way to final implementation in the automated cooking process
• Definition of precise cooking times, temperature profiles, and step sequences to ensure optimal control of our cooking robots
• Execution of test series to optimize taste, texture, stability, and process reliability – including evaluation of sensor data and feedback
• Creation and maintenance of clear SOPs, cooking programs, ingredient standards, tolerances, and sensor checkpoints
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure smooth operations
• Documentation and sharing of knowledge through playbooks, internal demos, and presentations of new concepts and results within the team
