Your tasks

• As a Junior Consultant in the Business Analytics, Pre-Sales & Client Relations team, you work at the intersection of all business units and take on tasks in project coordination, workshop execution, business analytics, acquisition, and client engagement
• In client projects, you support our Senior and Managing Consultants in project leadership and administration, as well as in the Project Management Office (PMO)
• In pre‑sales, you prepare, coordinate, and write proposal documents and case references, working closely with our sales team and developers — while keeping an overview of all moving parts
• You create clear and structured workflow and process diagrams, service descriptions, and other project‑related documentation
• In the area of Business Analytics, you independently prepare and follow up on use‑case ideation sessions and requirements workshops and support their execution as well as documentation
• You conduct business analyses for the AI Development department, draft concept papers and presentations, support our product management team in promoting standard solutions, and contribute to building new business areas
• You work on topics related to GDPR and the EU AI Act and prepare documents such as Data Protection Impact Assessments, AI guidelines, and similar materials
• In Client Relations, you collaborate with our account management team, create account plans, attend client and company events, and support cross‑departmental workshops, trainings, and other initiatives
• You independently design customer and employee surveys and analyze the results

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree in Business, Business Informatics, Business Analytics/Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a comparable field — ideally with a focus or minor in statistics, AI, or software development
• You have completed at least five modules, seminars, or projects in statistics and AI, ideally in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or Time Series Analysis
• You have completed at least three modules, seminars, or projects in software or web development or cloud — ideally with JavaScript, CSS, React or similar technologies
• You bring at least six months of practical experience as an intern or working student in consulting, business, or public administration
• You have solid knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
• You have basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and experience using modern coding assistants
• You are excited about modern tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E 3, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ideally, you have initial experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• You are able to build and maintain sustainable, long‑term relationships with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management
• You bring natural leadership qualities, characterized by confidence, initiative, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability to various project management approaches
• You work in a structured and transparent manner, stay calm under pressure, manage your time effectively, and are highly solution‑oriented
• You have excellent German and English skills (both at least C1) and communicate clearly, openly, and appropriately for different audiences
