As a Junior Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to expand into markets outside Germany in the public and semi-public sectors and to define and execute necessary steps to pursue opportunities. You will coordinate with our Local Entrepreneurs for foreign market approaches. If successful, you will help define, establish, and operationalize feasible local legal structures. Additionally, you will analyze current processes to increase Qwello's efficiency, propose improvements, and lead their implementation. In a highly volatile environment with flexible working structures, your goal is to support colleagues and external contacts with competent business advice to facilitate optimal decision-making in our market.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Ownership of ongoing market analysis, including competitor evaluations and regulatory environment assessment.
  2. Evaluation of market potential for new products or business models.
  3. Supporting other international Qwello legal entities in commercial decisions for larger projects, including developing business cases.
  4. Structuring and processing internal data to inform management decisions and company-wide improvements.
  5. Optimizing and further developing internal processes and tools.
  6. Preparing for board meetings and establishing new Qwello meeting formats.
Your Profile
  1. Successfully completed studies/training with 1-3 years of practical experience.
  2. Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
  3. Extensive experience with Excel and modeling.
  4. Confidence in project management and design.
  5. Experience with BI and large data sets is a plus.
  6. Fluent German and excellent English skills.
  7. High flexibility, reliability, independence, and diligence.
  8. Experience with agile practices and autonomous organizations is advantageous.
  9. Interdisciplinary capabilities and a pragmatic, goal-oriented problem-solving approach.
  10. Excellent communication skills and experience working with intercultural teams.
