Have you completed training in the hotel or catering industry, love the event industry and are looking for a job where you can combine hotel, office and events? Then you've come to the right place! You will look after our event guests with organisational skills at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Sales and planning of events
• Preparation of offers, contracts and function sheets
• Carrying out telephone and personal customer appointments
• Preparation and follow‑up of events
• Taking and confirming reservations for Jacobs Restaurant and the "Kleines Jacob" wine bar
• Operational support for events in the hotel during the day (conferences, weddings, funerals and Rotary)

What you bring to the team

• Completed training as a hotel specialist, hotel clerk, event specialist or corresponding professional experience in the hotel industry
• Very good German and good English skills
• Sales skills and expertise
• An efficient, independent and reliable way of working
• Organisational talent, ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
• You are committed and passionate about proactive sales
• Quality awareness and a creative mind for the individual wishes of our guests
• Knowledge of MS Office and Opera 5.6 would be an advantage
