We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Jr. Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring customer payments and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally. With your expertise and strong understanding of numbers, you will be an integral part of Adsquare's growing finance team.

About the team
Your Mission

Billing & Collections

  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections
  • Client onboarding and offer creation in close collaboration with our international Sales & Client Success teams
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports, identify overdue accounts and take appropriate collection actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and collection processes
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts receivable

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of billing and collection processes
  • Work on automation projects to streamline accounting tasks and reduce manual effort
Ideal/Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent business education
  • You have gained initial work experience in finance and/or accounting with a focus on accounts receivable
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheet skills
  • You enjoy working with numbers and have a strong analytical approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and are able to pick things up quickly
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for handling customer accounts
