StartSteps offers intensive bootcamps to equip aspiring professionals with skills and knowledge to transition into a new technical career. As part of these bootcamp programs the learners are required to participate in a series of Job Readiness sessions intended to prepare them for a career in the German job market and support them in their job search.
We are currently in search of a part-time Trainer, a crucial role focused on the delivery and teaching of this Job Readiness series. This role will deliver a Job Readiness Series of sessions in English for international talent entering the German market. The series will be delivered to cohorts of mid‑career professionals.
We have multiple cohorts planned for the 2026 calendar year, so this role could be responsible for delivering multiple series of sessions concurrently up to 20 hours per week. Trainings occur one to two days per week Monday‑Friday from 9 am‑6 pm.
