Aufgaben

• Provide onsite EUC support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests, and problems within SLAs.
• Support Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office 365, and applications.
• Perform OS imaging, PC setup, software deployment, and asset management.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
• Guide end users with technical advice and training.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams and vendors.

We are looking for a customer-focused Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on End User Computing (EUC) support in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite EUC support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests, and problems within SLAs
• Support Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office 365, and application environments
• Perform OS imaging, PC setup, software deployment, and asset management using SCCM
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
• Guide end users with technical advice and basic training
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties.
