IT Support Technician III (m/f/d) – Hechingen, Germany

Your Strength
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills
  • Experience with supporting senior leadership (Directors, VPs, COO, CFO, CEO)
  • Thorough knowledge of Web- and Video conferencing Platforms such as Cisco Webex, MS Teams, etc. (use, installation, and support)
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 (use, installation, and support)
  • Thorough knowledge of Apple macOS, iPadOS, iOS (use, installation, and support)
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office / M365 (use, installation, and support)
  • Thorough knowledge of Ticket Systems and Incident Resolution Procedures – ITIL Framework
  • Experience with Administration of Microsoft Platform
  • Computer Hardware installation & troubleshooting
  • Mobile/wireless/tablet device installation & troubleshooting
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (i.e. InTune, JAMF)
  • Phone systems, PBX and Cloud-Calling, Voice-mail experience a plus
  • Willingness to provide afterhours support (as required)
  • Foundational Knowledge and Experience in Cyber Security Guidelines and Practices
  • Fluent German language skills and Good English language skills (B2)
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and participate in apprentice development

  • Actively collaborate with team members and participate in projects to achieve organizational goals and improve IT processes.
  • Manage and support audio/visual and telepresence systems to ensure reliable communication and meeting experiences.
  • Provide support for mobile and wireless devices, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity for users.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage tasks, prioritize support requests, and coordinate with stakeholders
