Gulp Ag in Berlin seeks a qualified IT technician or on-site support specialist to join their IT support team. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for business customers, remotely or on-site, set up and dismantle workstations, assist with relocations, and perform rollouts and new installations.

You will diagnose hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, mobiles and peripherals, install printers/monitors, configure Windows 11 and standard software, and document approaches in ticketing

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
• Experience using ticketing systems and documenting actions.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for business customers, remotely or on-site.
• Professionally set up and dismantle IT workstations, assist with relocations, and conduct rollouts/new installations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, mobiles, and peripherals.
• Install printers or monitors and configure operating systems (Windows 11) and standard software per customer specs.
• Record, qualify and document solution approaches in ticketing systems; maintain asset/inventory data.
• Assist with physical cabling, patching network connections, IP addressing, and conference room technology.

On behalf of our business partner, we are currently seeking a qualified IT technician or on-site support specialist to join their IT support team. Your responsibilities will include: providing IT support to business customers at the 1st and 2nd level, including resolving incoming issues remotely or on-site; professionally setting up and dismantling IT workstations, assisting with workplace relocations, and conducting rollouts and new installations; and analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems on desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. B. Printer or monitor installation and configuration of operating systems, especially Windows 11, as well as standard software, e.g. MS Office applications, according to customer specifications. Recording, qualification and documentation of all solution approaches in modern ticketing systems, including maintenance of asset and inventory data. Support with physical cabling, patching of network connections, allocation of IP addresses and maintenance of conference room technology.

• Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or alternatively, initial verifiable professional experience in IT support.
• Solid knowledge of current standard hardware as well as Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in using ticketing systems
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, and ideally good English skills.
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working
• Willingness to work staggered service hours or on-call duty or weekend shifts
• Valid Class B driving licence and a clean criminal record
